MB-60 is a modern system of aluminium windows, manufactured using ALUPROF profiles, applied where thermal and acoustic insulation of such architectural elements of external enclosures as various windows, doors, porches, display windows and space structures is required.

This system is based on 3-chamber profiles. Structural depth of window profiles is: 60 mm (for the frame), 69 mm (for the casement), and for doors 60 mm (both frame and casement). Such profile depths assumed for the casement and frame profiles give a single-plane impression on the outdoor side after closing the window and the impression of flush surfaces – in the case of doors. The profile shape allows for slender and robust construction of windows and doors.

There is the possibility of profile bending, e.g. for frames, casements and lacings which enables making variety of arches and arch structures.

MB-60 system structures are characterised by the low value of heat transfer coefficient U due to thermal spacers and seals. For MB-60 profiles, heat transfer coefficient Uf takes the following values: from 2.0 W/m2K – for windows and from 2.30 W/m2K – for doors.


In MB-60 system, are used omega-shape profiled thermal spacers (24-mm-wide in windows and 14-mm-wide in doors) made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide. The shape of spacers increases the profile stiffness compared to flat ones and facilitates drainage of the sections thus ensuring proper thermal insulation in all weather conditions. The door step made of HPVC and seals made of EPDM guarantee good thermal insulation of door swings as well as water- and air-tightness.
